These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at cashbackhub.co and the services provided by CASHBACKHUB ("CASHBACKHUB", "we", "us", or "our") — together, the "Service". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CASHBACKHUB provides two things to advertisers: (a) managed TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads accounts — requests for managed ad-account access through our provider network, subject to validation, availability and confirmed terms; and (b) a cashback program that pays you back a percentage of your verified advertising spend, at the published offer rates. The Service is intended for businesses and advertising professionals, not consumers.
A managed ad-account request has no opening fee. Acceptance and delivery depend on validation and provider capacity. Before you fund or use an account, we confirm its estimated delivery time, funding options, ownership model, permissions and applicable provider terms. We do not guarantee delivery, uninterrupted access or advertising performance. Eligible cashback is based only on spend that we can verify.
Cashback is calculated on your verified monthly ad spend at the published rate for the accepted offer. For managed TikTok Ads accounts, the published tier rates are:
The Saudi managed Snapchat Ads offer publishes a separate 10% rate on eligible, verified Snapchat Ads spend. Its eligibility, exclusions, any minimum spend, account availability and funding terms are confirmed in writing before funding. A founding-member bonus applies only when it is explicitly included in the accepted written offer; any TikTok headline rate remains capped at 16%. Rates and program mechanics may be updated prospectively, but changes do not apply retroactively to already-verified spend.
Payouts are made on the 5th of each month for the previous month's verified spend, via USDT, Wise, or Payoneer, to the payout method you configure. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes applicable to amounts you receive. We may withhold or adjust a payout where spend cannot be verified, where a platform reverses or refunds charges, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse (see Section 7).
The Service is free for advertisers: no setup fee, no subscription, and no markup on your ad spend unless a written offer says otherwise. Our provider network may pay CASHBACKHUB a commission or rebate on eligible managed spend. We may share a portion with you as cashback and retain a portion to operate the Service. We do not claim official platform-partner status unless we can verify it.
You retain all rights to your campaigns, creatives, audiences, and business data. Our access is limited to invoice-level spend data needed to compute cashback, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time, free of charge. Account access then ends according to the written terms for the supplied account. Cashback verified before cancellation is paid out on the normal schedule. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
We do not guarantee advertising results of any kind — no promised ROAS, CPA, delivery, approval, or revenue outcomes. Ad performance depends on your campaigns, your products, and the advertising platform. Cashback rates apply only to verified spend as described in Section 4; projections shown by our calculator are illustrative.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the cashback amounts payable to you for the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Snapchat or their parent companies unless a verifiable written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
